About us

Handled Services Ltd is a London company. We arrange cleaning and handyman jobs for homes and businesses, with one point of contact from the first message to the finished job.

You book with us, agree a fixed price before we start, and we send a checked professional. We stay responsible for the job until it is done.

Who we work with

  • Landlords and letting agents
  • Block and property managers
  • Airbnb and holiday let hosts
  • Offices, shops and studios
  • Homeowners and tenants

Who comes to your door

Before their first job, every professional we send has shown us:

  • Photo ID
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A DBS certificate
  • Two references
  • Their own public liability insurance

Our professionals are independent and self-employed. Your agreement is with Handled Services.

Every job is rated

When a job is finished, we send you a link to rate it from 1 to 5 stars. Professionals see their ratings, and we never show your name with one.
